Carol Cira RN BSN IBCLC, has over 13 years working as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and over 27 years working as a NICU RN. I have experience working with premature infants and with full term infants. The last 7 years I have worked in a teaching hospital and have experience with babies who have difficutlty latching to the breast and with mothers who have lactation challenges.
